InSpec Metrology Software

Most of the measurement, programming and stage movement controlling can be simply done by using the mouse or joystick. It significantly reduces measurement time and cost in production.

InSpec provides options to automatically print, save, and transmit data. It records measurements automatically, allows features and video images to be stored. It integrates all the utility functions in one software and can so be called as the highest level of metrology software in the industry.
